Rimu Marketing’s 12 Days of Christmas . . .

This time of year is a busy one with retail shops trying very hard to attract your attention with their creative and festive marketing campaigns.  With shoppers spending in excess of £2m in the UK for many businesses it will be the difference between a profitable end of year and not.   The retail audience is changing with 46% (and increasing) of items now being bought online, the high street is suffering.

One way the high street is trying to engage with their ideal client and attract their attention is via their key media channels with great ads coming from Coca Cola, M&S and John Lewis (also Waitrose this year).  So how can we take these learning from the big global brands and apply them for a small business? Well there are some ways to be a little creative.

There are a couple of ideas which have taken over in recent years including Black Friday and New Year year/ Boxing Day sales but the one which we like the best is the 12 days of Christmas campaigns.  Easy to implement and a great tool to engage with your ideal clients in potentially slower festive season (depending upon your business seasonality).

With this in mind we are delighted to launch the Rimu Marketing 12 days of Christmas campaign.  Every day via our Facebook and Twitter channels we will be giving you a free give away, it could be an offer, sharing some great hints and tips or simply sharing some useful tools to help you get 2019 off to a great start.  Please feel free to enjoy and share amongst your friends and networks.

Wishing you all a brilliant festive season and looking forward to a successful 2019.  If you would like some help in kick starting your marketing for 2019 please CLICK HERE to arrange your FREE 60-minute consultation in January.
